JOB SUMMARY

Oversee SAP processes and data integrity, system controls, and business practices. Advise and support management in maintaining effective SAP usage within the plant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Maintain/oversee plant specific master data in SAP

2.  Manage and coordinate activities required to ensure SAP processes work smoothly

3.  Provide change management oversight related to SAP data and business processes within the plant

4.  Key plant focus person for SAP related issues and problems

5.  Follow up on SAP related issues and provide management with information to correct problems

6.  Coordinate IT support for SAP related issues, including monitoring of service desk response

7.  Elevate SAP problems to plant and GNA IT management as required

8.  Assist management team in improving SAP skills as required

9.  Maintain documentation for SAP business practices and standard work

10.  Subject matter expert to assist in implementation or improvement of business practices

11.  Other duties as assigned

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1.  High school diploma or GED

2.  Bachelor’s degree preferred

3.  5 years’ experience in manufacturing as user of ERP systems

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1.  Problem solving skills

2.  Written and verbal communication

3.  Proficiency with SAP

4.  Effective in one on one and small group training

5.  Understanding of manufacturing administration processes, cross-functionally
