Job Requirements

This role gets to be part of a sales team working independently and supporting a dedicated automotive manufacturing (OEM) customer to increase the sales and programs of that customer with our Edscha manufacturing plants.

You would oversee global platforms in collaboration with HQ Global Key Account Managers to ensure that activities in NAFTA are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules and budgets. Coordinate interdepartmental functions in order to eliminate delays for quoting. Meet with program team members on a regular basis to review quote status and plan future activities. Initiate new growth platforms to develop concrete business plans for additional opportunities in NAFTA. Help to articulate the business strategy and competitive differentiation. Develop detailed quote strategies including specific action steps (e.g. Retrofit vehicles, Expeditions, Tech Sows, etc.).
